The focus of her career centers around a disciplined achievement oriented approach to the integration of people and systems to produce optimal financial performance within the healthcare industry. She values training and education to deliver positive outcomes in the areas of billing, collection, coding/compliance, revenue optimization, and practice management. 

ROGER A. PLUE joined Spectrum Billing Technologies, LLC and has since developed The Spectrum Group, LLC as a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital service line management, clinical program development, managed care administration, ambulatory services, mergers and acquisitions, and hospital operations.  His background includes business development, accounting and finance, facility acquisitions, real estate and construction, specialty care centers, physician recruiting and relations, compensation modeling, staff training and development, and compliance management.
